3.Do you have access to a fish processing factory?

We work very closely with one of the seven EU/USA certified fish processing factories with an HACCP plant in Banjul.  It has a Rapid Freezing Facility.  The temperature is usually set at -10 degrees.  The factory also has a blast freezer facility with a temperature of -40 and -20 degrees.  The capacity of the cold room is 60 tons.

4.What sort of packaging do you provide?

Cardboard cartons with transparent film are provided, as well as polystyrene cartons of varying sizes.

5.Do you have a price list for your fish?

Yes, we are able to provide a price list showing the list of fish and seafood that we are able to source from the Atlantic Sea and the mouth of the River Gambia.

6.What is the shelf-life of the fish?

Up to 24 months
